The FAB Awards is owned and managed by Thorpe Molloy McCulloch (TMM) Recruitment Ltd. All entrants to the FAB Awards must meet the conditions of entry.

TMM Recruitment may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of all or any part of this competition, including the availability of any features of this competition, or to the information pertaining to this competition or associated products or information described at any time without notice.
Entrants
Entrants must not be subject to any grievance or disciplinary investigation by their employer, such an investigation may result in removal from the entrant, shortlist or winners lists.
TMM Recruitment reserves the right to remove any entrant if it deems that there is reputational risk by not doing so.
Entries
Entries will not be accepted for shortlisting or judging unless they have used the correct process of providing the required information within the specified deadlines. We regret that entries cannot be returned once submitted.
The maximum entry length for each answer is 350 words. For specific category entry criteria, please refer to the individual categories.
Entries should refer to evidence from the period January to December 2024 only. Evidence provided outside of these dates will not be evaluated as part of the judging process.
Information submitted as an entry, or part of an entry, may be included in any materials for the FAB Awards, either at the FAB Awards ceremony or as supporting materials regarding the event at a later date.
One or more category can be entered, but where fees are applicable a fee must be paid for each category entered. All fees for category entries must have been received prior to the shortlisting to be considered.
TMM Recruitment will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to entries.
TMM Recruitment reserves the right to not make an award in any category if no satisfactory nominations are received.
Judging
Judges must declare any interests with nominees.
Winners will be announced at the FAB Awards ceremony. Please note the judges’ decision is final.
FAB Awards Ceremony event booking
Finalists must book a minimum of one place at the awards dinner.
This event is exclusively for FAB Awards entrants, their associates, and event sponsors. TMM Recruitment reserves the right to decline bookings from ineligible parties.
Payment is due at the time of booking in order to secure your place at the FAB Awards ceremony. Please ensure you have booked the correct and valid ticket or table. Failure to do so may result in late allocation of the ticket or table. You will receive a vat receipt once the payment has been processed. Non-payment may result in refusal of entry to the event.
Cancellations/Transfers
If circumstances change and the original delegate can no longer attend, we are very happy for you to send someone else providing you inform us in writing within 5 working days prior to the event.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing within 10 working days before the Awards dinner, cancellations received after this deadline will not qualify for a refund.
Code of Conduct
We want everyone to feel welcome and safe at our events which is why we have a zero-tolerance approach to any behaviour that does not meet our expectations. Our events are professional settings and we expect all attendee conduct to reflect this – for the protection of our team, our members and the reputation of the industry.
When you attend one of our events you have the right to expect to be treated fairly and with respect, in an environment which is free from harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying and all forms of unacceptable behaviour. If for any reason your experience does not meet these expectations we will take your feedback extremely seriously.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour is out of line with our code of conduct.
Force Majeure (unforeseeable events)
We make every possible attempt to run this event, however we do reserve the right to cancel any event at any time. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by entrants, attendees, associates or sponsors.
Use of the FAB Awards website
TMM Recruitment authorises you to view and download the materials on this website (“Site”) only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. You may not modify the materials on this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose without express permission from TMM Recruitment.
For the purposes of these terms, any use of these materials on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. Publicity
Finalists will be listed on thefabbies.com and shared via social media marketing channels.
Professional photography and video production will be taking place at the FAB Awards ceremony, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for TMM Recruitment events. Please note that by attending the Awards, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any TMM Recruitment promotional materials and publications.
By participating in the FAB Awards, participants agree to take part in post-event publicity which may include interviews, photography and/or filming for TMM Recruitment internal communications, local and/or national media. TMM Recruitment reserves the right to use any such photographs or videos in future promotional materials.
An overview of material submitted as an entry, or part of an entry, may be included in any materials produced by TMM Recruitment at a later date.
By taking part in the FAB Awards as an entrant or attending the event, you are deemed to have given your consent. If you do not give your consent to be used by TMM Recruitment, you must notify us in writing, at the submission point of your entry or when the event booking is made, of any express objections. In the event that you raise any objections to the use of any supporting entry material or images in which you are featured, TMM Recruitment will remove these from its Site and refrain from any future use of it. TMM Recruitment cannot undertake to remove from circulation any printed materials already in use.
